The invention discloses a construction method for autonomously lifting the prestress of a wind power tower drum. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, suspending a steel wire rope on an adapter ring at the top of the tower; s2, the steel wire rope penetrates through a climbing machine, and the climbing machine automatically climbs to the tower top through the steel wire rope; s3, the climbing machine is installed on the adapter ring; and S4, the steel wire rope penetrates through the climbing machine to hoist the prestressed inhaul cable. The self-assembly and disassembly of the prestressed hoisting system are realized, the dependence on a large crawler crane is eliminated, the construction period of the tower drum is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种风电塔筒预应力自主提升施工方法,包括步骤:S1:在塔顶的转接环悬吊钢丝绳;S2:所述钢丝绳穿过爬升机,所述爬升机利用所述钢丝绳自爬升至塔顶;S3:所述爬升机安装至转接环;S4:所述钢丝绳穿过所述爬升机吊装预应力拉索。实现预应力吊装系统的自主安装和拆除,摆脱了对大型履带吊机的依赖,有利于缩短塔筒建造周期,降低施工成本。
