The invention provides an auxiliary system and method for mistakenly stepping on an accelerator of a vehicle. The system comprises an integrated dynamic brake controller and a controller, a power domain controller; the camera device and the radar device are used for acquiring obstacle data; the intelligent driving domain controller is configured to execute the following operations that whether a vehicle accelerator mistaken stepping auxiliary mode starting instruction is received or not is judged; when it is detected that the auxiliary mode is started, vehicle speed parameters and vehicle gear signals are obtained through an integrated dynamic braking controller and a power domain controller; when the running state of the vehicle reaches the set condition, the current vehicle speed and accelerator and brake pedal signals are continuously obtained at the first frequency; when it is judged that an accelerator is quickly stepped down and a brake pedal is not stepped down, simulated collision occurrence time is obtained based on the obtained obstacle data and the current vehicle speed; and according to the relation between the simulated collision occurrence time and the safety threshold condition, control parameters and control operation of a power system and a braking system of the vehicle are determined.

    本发明提供一种车辆油门误踩辅助系统和方法,所述系统包括:集成式动态制动控制器;动力域控制器;摄像装置和雷达装置,用于获取障碍物数据;智能驾驶域控制器,被配置为执行如下操作:判断是否接受到车辆油门误踩辅助模式启动指令;当检测到辅助模式启动时,通过集成式动态制动控制器和动力域控制器获取车辆速度参数和车辆档位信号;当车辆的运行状态达到设定条件时,以第一频率持续获取当前车速和油门与制动踏板信号;当判断油门被快速踩下且制动踏板未被踩下时,基于获取的障碍物数据和所述当前车速,得到模拟碰撞发生时间;根据模拟碰撞发生时间与安全阈值条件的关系,确定对车辆的动力系统和制动系统的控制参数和控制操作。
