The invention discloses a mistakenly-stepping accelerator-brake conversion system. The mistakenly-stepping accelerator-brake conversion system comprises a linkage arm, an accelerator pedal arm, a rotating device connected with the linkage arm and a control device used for detecting the speed of an accelerator pedal. The linkage arm and the accelerator pedal arm are sequentially installed in a vehicle frame in the mode of being capable of automatically returning. An iron block is installed on an induction rod of an accelerator sensor. A suction cup electromagnet coil used for attracting the iron block when powered on is installed on the accelerator pedal arm. The linkage arm is connected with a braking pump push rod. The rotating device is used for driving the linkage arm to move downwards. The control device is electrically connected with the suction cup electromagnet coil and the rotating device. An upper limit value of the speed of the accelerator pedal is preset through the control device. When detecting that the speed of the accelerator pedal is larger than the upper limit value of the speed, the controller cuts off electric connection of the suction cup electromagnet coil, and meanwhile the rotating device is powered on to drive the linkage arm to rotate downwards to drive the braking pump push rod to work. According to the mistakenly-stepping accelerator-brake conversion system, when mistakenly stepped during emergency braking, an accelerator can be automatically converted into a brake; in addition, the structure is simple, and cost is low.
