A device for preventing mistakenly stepping on an accelerator is designed according to the principle of a pendulum. A control effect generated when the foot is put on a pedal without exerting force is that a brake and an accelerator are not stepped; a control effect generated when the tiptoe faces upward and the heel faces downward is that the accelerator is stepped; a control effect generated when the tiptoe faces downward is that the brake is stepped. The pendulum type oil brake device is characterized in that a vehicle can be braked and stopped as long as a driver steps on a pedal; the possibility of mistakenly stepping on the accelerator as a brake is avoided; foot changing time between the brake and the accelerator is avoided, operation is simpler, more convenient and more natural, and the control effect is better. After the vehicle is started, any action in an acceleration area is accelerator operation; any action in a braking area is braking operation; the accelerator is started from the minimum value when the brake is transited to the accelerator; and when the accelerator is transited to the brake, the brake is started from the minimum value.

    一种防止误踩油门的装置,根据钟摆的原理设计而成。脚放踏板上不用力时控制效果是刹车和油门都没有踩;脚尖向上脚跟向下时控制效果是踩油门;脚尖向下时控制效果是踩刹车。钟摆式油刹装置的特点是:只要驾驶员踩得着踏板,都能将车辆制动停下;没有误将油门当刹车踩的可能;没有刹车油门之间的换脚时间,操作更简便自然,操控效果更佳。当车辆启动后:在加速区内的任意动作都是油门操作;在制动区内的任意动作都是刹车操作;从刹车过渡到油门时油门是从最小值开始启动;从油门过渡到刹车时刹车是从最小值开始启动。
