The invention provides a road section time-phased traffic demand estimation method considering a congestion state, and the method comprises the steps: combining section detection data with floating vehicle data according to a characteristic that a real road section traffic demand can be delayed to reach a detection section when a road is in a congestion state; and determining the corresponding relation between the boundary time of each traffic demand analysis time period and the boundary time of the traffic flow detection time period, determining the traffic flow detection time period corresponding to each analysis time period, and establishing a road section time-segmented traffic demand estimation method considering the congestion state, thereby improving the accuracy of traffic demand calculation in each time period.

    本发明提供一种考虑拥挤状态的道路断面分时段交通需求估计方法,针对道路处于拥挤状态时真实的道路断面交通需求会延后到达检测断面的特征,将断面检测数据与浮动车数据相结合,确定各交通需求分析时段分界时刻与交通流量检测时段分界时刻的对应关系,明确各分析时段所对应的交通流量检测时段,建立考虑拥挤状态的道路断面分时段交通需求估计方法,从而提高各时段交通需求计算的准确性。
