Traffic congestion occurs when traffic comes to a complete stop or slows to less than its normal speed. Nobody wants to find themselves in this situation. It is stressful, causing those unfortunate enough to be caught up in it to arrive at their destinations later than planned and lengthening travel time. It is, nevertheless, a fact of life in and between urban regions all throughout the world. Rising traffic congestion is unavoidable in one of the significant and increasing metropolitan regions around the world. To depict the true traffic situation, the proposed study has used the factors like giving the imprecision of traffic records, the user's assessment of the road's degree of service given, and fluctuation in sample data is required. A fuzzy inference-based technique has been used to meet these needs. The aim is to find a novel accuracy for the following problem statement.
