The invention provides an intelligent wall-climbing robot for hull detection. The intelligent wall-climbing robot comprises a robot body, a plurality of mechanical legs connected with the robot body and electromagnets arranged on the mechanical legs. A control module for controlling the whole machine and a detection unit for detecting the ship body are further arranged on the machine body; one end of the mechanical leg is connected with the machine body, and the other end is connected with the electromagnet; each mechanical leg is of a two-section type, and the two sections of leg parts are connected through a steering engine; wherein one section of mechanical leg part is connected with the fuselage through a steering engine, and the tail end of the mechanical leg part is provided with a power-losing type electromagnet; and the power-losing electromagnet is electrified and demagnetized. A novel adsorption technology is adopted, an existing adsorption technology is abandoned, and a power-loss type electromagnet adsorption mode is innovatively adopted. The wall climbing requirement of the surface of the ship body is met, and the tremendous progress is made in the aspects of energy conservation, safety and high efficiency. A plurality of devices are integrated on the wall-climbing robot, so that the wall-climbing robot can be used for bearing a plurality of tasks.

    本发明提供一种面向船体检测的智能爬壁机器人,包括:机器人的机身、与机身连接的多条机械腿以及设置在机械腿上的电磁铁;机身上还设置有用于整机控制的控制模块以及对船体检测的检测单元;机械腿的一端与机身相连接,另一端与电磁铁连接;机械腿为两节式,两节腿部之间通过舵机连接;其中,一节机械腿部通过舵机与机身相连,机械腿的末端设置有失电型电磁铁;失电型电磁铁为通电消磁。本发明采用新型的吸附技术,放弃了现有的吸附技术,创新性的采用了失电型电磁铁吸附方式。既达到了船体表面的爬壁需求,又在节能、安全、高效方面做出了巨大进步。通过在爬壁机器人上集成多项设备,将其成为能承担多项任务的船体多功能智能检测爬壁机器人。
