The invention discloses an intelligent slag grabbing system based on 3D scanning. The intelligent slag grabbing system comprises a digital slag pool unit, an intelligent sensing unit and an intelligent management unit. The digital slag pool unit is used for acquiring three-dimensional information of a slag pile in a slag pool; the digital slag pool unit comprises a 3D scanner and a server; the 3D scanner is used for collecting point cloud data information of a slag pile in a slag pool; the server is used for receiving and processing the point cloud data information and outputting three-dimensional information of the slag pile; the intelligent sensing unit is used for acquiring position information of a cart running mechanism and a trolley running mechanism in the crane; and the intelligent management unit is used for receiving and processing the three-dimensional information and the position information, generating a crane action control instruction and controlling a crane to grab slag according to the crane action control instruction. According to the method, three-dimensional modeling can be conducted on the slag pile, and efficient and accurate slag grabbing of the slag pile is achieved on the basis of the three-dimensional model.
