The invention discloses an efficient slag grabbing system for blast furnace granulated slag. The efficient slag grabbing system comprises a slag grabbing hopper mechanism (6), a hydraulic mechanical arm mechanism (5), a horizontal moving mechanism and a main control unit (8), wherein the hydraulic mechanical arm mechanism (5) comprises a plurality of swing arms; each swing arm is connected to a swinging hydraulic cylinder; one end of the hydraulic mechanical arm mechanism (5) is connected to the slag grabbing hopper mechanism (6); the hydraulic mechanical arm mechanism (5) can adjust the position of the slag grabbing hopper mechanism (6) in the vertical direction; the horizontal moving mechanism can enable the hydraulic mechanical arm mechanism (5) to move in the horizontal direction; andthe other end of the hydraulic mechanical arm mechanism (5) is connected to the horizontal moving mechanism. According to the efficient slag grabbing system for the blast furnace granulated slag, thehydraulic mechanical arm mechanism is adopted, so that a problem that a grab bucket swings to scatter the material is solved, the slag grabbing and slag unloading operation can be completed accurately, the phenomenon of material scattering can be avoided, the damage to a filter material structure of a filter tank is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高炉水渣高效抓渣系统,包括抓渣斗机构(6)、液压机械臂机构(5)、水平移动机构和主控制单元(8),液压机械臂机构(5)含有多根摆臂,每根摆臂均连接有摆动液压缸,液压机械臂机构(5)的一端与抓渣斗机构(6)连接,液压机械臂机构(5)能够调整抓渣斗机构(6)在竖直方向上的位置;水平移动机构,能够使液压机械臂机构(5)沿水平方向移动,液压机械臂机构(5)的另一端与所述水平移动机构连接。该高炉水渣高效抓渣系统采用了液压机械臂机构,从而解决了抓斗摇摆撒料的问题,既能够准确完成抓渣、卸渣作业,又可以避免发生撒料情况,避免破坏过滤池滤料结构,提高了作业效率。
