By means of the scheme, traditional manual slag grabbing operation is replaced, regular bottom cleaning and automatic slag laying are achieved, the service life of a filter layer is prolonged, and the automation and unmanned level of water slag outward transportation is improved; and the service life of the slag grabbing crane is prolonged, and the health hazard to a crane operator is reduced.
