A laying mechanism used for laying submarine cables in a groove is arranged in the middle of the robot body, a burying mechanism used for burying silt in the submarine cables in the groove is arranged on the rear side of the robot body, and a crawler walking mechanism is arranged below the robot body. The robot body is further provided with a propelling mechanism used for providing power for the robot body.
