The device can slide along the optical cable all the timein the laying stage, so that the step of putting the robot in a traditional mode can be omitted, and the optical cable is fixed at the designated position through the die-casting device, the opticalcable can effectively resist the influence of ocean current, and the running speed of the dragging ship does not need to be frequently adjusted in the laying process.
