The invention provides a low-temperature cold start control method and system based on a hydrogen fuel cell. The method comprises the steps that the internal temperature T1 of a hydrogen fuel engine and the temperature T0 of a single power cell are obtained; and triggering a corresponding vehicle starting mode according to a temperature interval in which the internal temperature T1 and the power battery monomer temperature T0 are located. The vehicle enters different cold start modes by collecting the external environment temperature of the vehicle, the internal temperature of the hydrogen fuel engine and the temperature of the power battery and combining the charging and discharging capacity of the power battery, cold start control under different modes is achieved, and it is ensured that the vehicle can achieve the cold start function on the basis of meeting necessary functions.
本发明提供了基于氢燃料电池的低温冷启动控制方法及系统,方法包括分别获取氢燃料发动机的内部温度T1和动力电池单体温度T0;根据所述内部温度T1和动力电池单体温度T0所处的温度区间,触发对应的车辆启动模式。本发明通过采集车辆外界的环境温度、氢燃料发动机内部温度和动力电池温度,结合动力电池的充放电能力,让车辆进入不同的冷启动模式,实现不同模式下的冷启动控制,确保车辆能够在满足必须功能的基础上进行冷启动功能的实现。
