The invention discloses a hybrid low-temperature cold start control method for a fuel cell vehicle, which belongs to the field of new energy vehicles, and aims to solve the problems of low cold startspeed, high energy consumption and the like of the conventional fuel cell vehicle in a low-temperature environment. According to the method provided by the invention, system parameters are input and acold start demand is calculated; the cold start is divided into two start stages according to the start process, a cold start process stage 1 is firstly entered, fuel is simultaneously supplied to anexternal heating element, a power battery and system waste heat, a cold start stage 2, namely a mixed start stage, is entered when the fuel battery reaches a startable temperature, an air supply unitand a hydrogen supply unit start to work at the time, and the fuel battery operates at low power. The hybrid low-temperature cold start control method for the fuel cell vehicle has the advantages that the start response capability is higher, and the safety of the fuel cell is improved.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池车辆混合低温冷启动控制方法,属于新能源车辆领域,有效的低温冷启动控制方法可以克服现有燃料电池车辆在低温环境下,冷启动速度慢,且耗费能量大等问题。该发明提供的方法从输入系统参数并计算冷启动需求,并根据启动过程将冷启动分为两个启动阶段,首先进入冷启动过程1阶段,此时为外部加热元件与动力电池及系统余热共同给燃料,待燃料电池达到可启动温度时进入冷启动2阶段,即混合启动阶段,此时供空单元和供氢单元开始工作,燃料电池小功率运行。本方法所描述的燃料电池车辆混合低温冷启动控制方法具有较快的启动响应能力,提升了燃料电池的安全性。
