The invention provides a cold start control method of a fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises steps of judging whether the ambient temperature is less than or equal to a preset first temperature T1and whether the temperature of a power battery is less than or equal to a preset second temperature T2, if so, performing cold start of the power battery, judging whether the temperature of a fuel cell is smaller than or equal to a preset third temperature T3 or not, if yes, performing cold start of the fuel cell, judging whether the power battery completes a starting program or not, if yes, judging whether the fuel cell completes a starting program or not, if yes, adjusting the output power Pbat of the power battery according to the fuel cell power Pfc, the vehicle required power Pveh, tar and the accessory consumed power Paux, and Pbat = Pveh, tar + Paux-Pfc. The method is advantaged in that a coordination control problem of cold start of a fuel cell system and the power cell of an electric-electric hybrid configuration fuel cell vehicle at low temperature is solved, the cold start time is shortened, and dynamic property of the vehicle is ensured.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池车的冷启动控制方法,包括:判断环境温度是否小于等于预设的第一温度T1且动力电池的温度小于等于预设的第二温度T2,若“是”,动力电池冷启动;判断燃料电池的温度是否小于等于预设的第三温度T3,若“是”,燃料电池冷启动;判断动力电池是否完成启动程序,若“是”,判断燃料电池是否完成启动程序,若“是”,根据燃料电池功率P,整车需求功率P和附件消耗功率P调整动力电池输出功率P,使P=P+P‑P。这种方法的优点在于:解决了电‑电混合构型燃料电池车辆低温下燃料电池系统和动力电池的冷启动的协调控制问题,缩短冷启动时间,保证车辆的动力性。
