The invention provides a cold start control system and method for a fuel cell system on a whole vehicle level, and relates to the field of battery control. Comprising a vehicle control unit which is used for sending an instruction to a power battery management controller and obtaining continuous charging power allowed by a power battery; sending an obtaining instruction to a fuel cell system controller, and obtaining the idle speed power of the fuel cell system; comparing the permitted continuous charging power of the power battery with the idle speed power of the fuel cell system, when the permitted continuous charging power of the power battery is smaller than the idle speed power of the fuel cell system, sending a running state acquisition instruction to the integrated power supply controller, receiving the running state of the high-voltage accessory fed back by the integrated power supply controller, and acquiring the running state of the high-voltage accessory. And when it is judged that a closed state exists in the operation states of the high-voltage accessory, a starting instruction is sent to a fuel cell system controller. The starting time of the fuel cell system under the low-temperature condition can be shortened to the maximum extent, and the use efficiency of the fuel cell is improved.

    本发明提出了一种整车层面燃料电池系统冷启动控制系统及方法,涉及电池控制领域。包括整车控制器,其用于发送指令至动力电池管理控制器,获取动力电池允许的持续充电功率;发送获取指令至燃料电池系统控制器,获取燃料电池系统的怠速功率;将动力电池允许的持续充电功率和燃料电池系统的怠速功率进行比较,当动力电池允许的持续充电功率小于燃料电池系统的怠速功率时,发送运行状态获取指令至集成电源控制器,接收集成电源控制器反馈的高压附件运行状态,判断高压附件的运行状态中存在闭合状态时,发送开机指令至燃料电池系统控制器。本发明能够最大限度的缩短燃料电池系统在低温条件下的开机时间,提高燃料电池使用效率。
