The invention provides a hydrogen fuel cell stack cold start system and a low-temperature cold start control method. Core components of the hydrogen fuel cell stack cold start system comprise a stack, a bipolar plate heater, an exhaust gas turbine and a water heating PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient); wherein the electric pile is connected with the bipolar plate heater and the waste gas turbine, the water heating PTC is connected with the electric pile in series, and through cooperative use of the bipolar plate heater and the water heating PTC, low-temperature cold start of the electric pile can be achieved with low energy consumption.

    本发明提供了一种氢燃料电池电堆冷启动系统及低温冷启动控制方法,所述氢燃料电池电堆冷启动系统的核心部件包括电堆、双极板加热器、废气涡轮和水暖PTC;其中,所述电堆分别与双极板加热器和废气涡轮连接,所述水暖PTC与所述电堆串联,本发明通过双极板加热器和水暖PTC的配合使用,能够以较低的能耗实现电堆的低温冷启动。
