The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to a container truck anti-hoisting double-box identification method, device and system and a crane. The double-box identification method comprises the following steps: acquiring an initial scanning point cloud set of a scanner; obtaining an initial reference point according to the initial scanning point cloud set; according to the initial reference point, obtaining the minimum identification object size of the scanner; performing adaptive clustering on all data points in the initial scanning point cloud set according to the minimum identification object size and the initial reference point to generate a plurality of sub-point sets; and obtaining a container point set and an anti-hoisting monitoring area according to the point clouds in the plurality of sub-point sets. The system identifies the point set formed by the containers according to the characteristics of different sub-point sets and divides an anti-hoisting monitoring area, so that two 20-foot containers can be accurately identified, the hoisting probability of the container truck is reduced, and the operation safety of the crane and the container truck is guaranteed.
