The invention discloses a container truck anti-hoisting method which comprises the following steps: mounting a weight acquisition unit on a container spreader, and combining the weight acquisition unit with the container spreader to form a detection module; the container is hoisted, and a first load weight signal at the moment is collected based on the detection module; when the container is lifted to a safe height, a second load weight signal at the moment is collected based on the detection module; performing signal conversion on the first load weight signal and the second load weight signal to obtain a first effective hoisting weight and a second effective loading weight; the first effective hoisting weight and the second effective loading weight are compared and analyzed, and whether the container truck will be hoisted or not is judged based on the comparison and analysis result; and according to the judgment result, a control instruction is sent out, and the lifting appliance control logic controls the lifting appliance to continue lifting or stop lifting based on the instruction. The technical scheme disclosed by the invention can be suitable for anti-hoisting protection of container trucks working on multiple lanes, judgment can be made at the moment of hoisting, the response is quick, and the reliability is higher.
