The invention provides a lithium battery feedback energy storage peak clipping device for a rubber-tyred gantry crane. The lithium battery feedback energy storage peak clipping device comprises a power type lithium battery, a DCDC converter corresponding to the power type lithium battery, at least one energy storage type lithium battery, DCDC converters in one-to-one correspondence with the energy storage type lithium batteries and a controller, the power type lithium battery is connected with a direct current bus of a frequency converter of the rubber-tyred gantry crane through the corresponding DCDC converter; the energy storage type lithium battery is connected with the frequency converter direct current bus through a corresponding DCDC converter; the controller is connected with the power type lithium battery and the energy storage type lithium battery and used for controlling charging and discharging of the power type lithium battery and the energy storage type lithium battery. According to the lithium battery feedback energy storage peak clipping device of the rubber-tyred gantry crane, electric power seamless switching of the rubber-tyred gantry crane is provided based on the lithium battery, and the recycling efficiency of descending potential energy of the rubber-tyred gantry crane is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种轮胎式龙门起重机锂电池回馈储能削峰装置,包括:动力型锂电池、与所述动力型锂电池对应的DCDC变流器、至少一个储能型锂电池、与所述储能型锂电池一一对应的DCDC变流器和控制器;所述动力型锂电池通过对应的DCDC变流器与轮胎式龙门起重机的变频器直流母线相连;所述储能型锂电池通过对应的DCDC变流器与所述变频器直流母线相连;所述控制器与所述动力型锂电池和所述储能型锂电池相连,用于控制所述动力型锂电池和所述储能型锂电池的充放电。本发明的轮胎式龙门起重机锂电池回馈储能削峰装置,基于锂电池提供轮胎式龙门起重机的电力无缝切换,有效提升了轮胎式龙门起重机的下降势能的回收利用效率。
