The invention discloses a double-container hoisting method of an automatic rubber-tyred container gantry crane, which is realized by automatically executing a double-container operation instruction, the double-container operation instruction comes from a wharf production management system, and the wharf production management system distributes related instruction tasks to corresponding ARTG equipment through an equipment scheduling layer. The ARTG equipment receives the instruction task and analyzes the instruction, mechanical actions are executed through the obtained double-box instruction task, and double-box lifting is achieved through the double-box lifting appliance by means of the remote control technology. The RTG automatic operation is realized, compared with the RTG traditional operation, one-to-many or many-to-many remote operation can be realized, the labor cost is reduced, the operation process is improved, the standby idle consumption is reduced, the energy consumption of equipment is reduced, and the utilization rate of the equipment is improved; meanwhile, due to the adoption of remote control, the working intensity of an operation driver is reduced, and occupational diseases and safety accidents in the field operation process are reduced.

    本发明公开一种自动化轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机双箱吊运的方法,通过自动执行双箱作业指令来实现,所述双箱作业指令来源于码头生产管理系统,码头生产管理系统通过设备调度层分发相关指令任务给对应的ARTG设备,ARTG设备接收指令任务并解析指令,通过获取到的双箱指令任务来执行机械动作,利用远程控制技术,通过双箱吊具实现双箱吊运。本发明实现了RTG自动化作业,相较于RTG传统作业,可实现“一对多”或“多对多”远程操作,减少劳动力成本,改善操作工艺,减少待机空耗,降低设备的能源消耗,提高设备的利用率;同时由于采用远程控制,降低操作司机的工作强度,减少了职业病发生及现场作业过程中安全事故的发生。
