A turnover method of a PPVC module relates to the technical field of PPVC modular construction, is realized through a main crane, an auxiliary crane and a lifting appliance body, and comprises the following steps: step 1, pre-burying an internal thread sleeve on the top end surface of the PPVC module; 2, the lifting appliance body and the PPVC module are connected into a whole through a bolt in threaded connection with the internal thread sleeve; and step 3, connecting the lifting appliance body through a main crane and an auxiliary crane, moving and overturning the PPVC module, and placing the overturned PPVC module at a specified position. The turnover device is suitable for turnover of common modules and can also be used for turnover of various special-shaped PPVC modules; in addition, the device is convenient to move, and the convenience of PPVC building construction can be improved.

    一种PPVC模块的翻转方法,涉及PPVC模块化建筑技术领域,通过主吊机、辅助吊机及吊具本体来实现,包括如下步骤:步骤1、在PPVC模块的顶端面预埋内螺纹套筒;步骤2、通过与内螺纹套筒螺接的螺栓将吊具本体与PPVC模块连接为一个整体;步骤3、通过主吊机和辅助吊机连接吊具本体,并实现PPVC模块的移动和翻转,翻转后将PPVC模块放在指定位置。本发明不但适用于普通模块的翻转,还可对PPVC的各种异形模块进行翻转;另外,本发明方便移动,有助于提高PPVC建筑施工的便利性。
