The invention discloses a solar cell module turnover cart, comprising a base (1); a plurality of fixed upright shelves (3) are continuously arranged at intervals at one side of the upper end of the base (1); the upper sides of the fixed upright shelves (3) are connected with a plurality of support rods (5) from top to bottom by means of threads; elastic protective pads (6) sleeve on the support rods (5); and the ends of the support rods (5) are connected with clamping sleeves (8) by means of threads. According to the solar cell module turnover cart, the clamping sleeves are arranged at the ends of the support rods and are capable of preventing solar cell modules from slipping from the support rods. In addition, the elastic protective pads are arranged on the support rods, so that the loss caused by the damage of the solar cell modules during transportation is avoided, the scratches of the solar cell modules are reduced and the hidden cracks of the solar cell modules are prevented; the qualified rate is improved and the cost is reduced.
