The invention discloses a pulse heating current control method and system for a power battery, and the method comprises the steps: determining the direct-axis feed-forward voltage UdFeedForward of a motor according to a heating gear transmitted by a battery management system; obtaining a motor direct-axis feedback current and a motor quadrature-axis feedback current, and counting a peak value of the motor direct-axis feedback current and a peak value of the motor quadrature-axis feedback current in a preset period; calculating a motor actual direct-axis current peak value and a motor actual quadrature-axis current peak value; and inputting the preset motor direct-axis current target value, the preset motor quadrature-axis current target value, the motor direct-axis feed-forward voltage, the preset motor quadrature-axis feed-forward voltage, the actual motor direct-axis current peak value and the actual motor quadrature-axis current peak value into a PI adjustment module, and outputting the motor direct-axis voltage and the motor quadrature-axis voltage after PI adjustment. According to the invention, pulse heating current closed-loop control is carried out through the motor end, so that the interference of battery state fluctuation on the pulse heating effect can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池的脉冲加热电流控制方法及控制系统,该控制方法包括:根据电池管理系统发送的加热档位,确定电机直轴前馈电压Ud_FeedForward;获取电机直轴反馈电流和电机交轴反馈电流,并统计预设周期内的电机直轴反馈电流的峰值和电机交轴反馈电流的峰值;计算电机实际直轴电流峰值电机实际交轴电流峰值;将预设的电机直轴电流目标值、预设的电机交轴电流目标值、电机直轴前馈电压、预设的电机交轴前馈电压、电机实际直轴电流峰值和电机实际交轴电流峰值,输入PI调节模块,经PI调节后输出电机直轴电压和电机交轴电压。本发明通过电机端进行脉冲加热电流闭环控制,能减小电池状态波动对脉冲加热效果的干扰。
