Thus, by controlling the first switch and the third switch to be switched on and the second switch to be switched off, the driving function of the three-phase motor can be switched off, and therefore unexpected movement of the vehicle in the heating process of the power battery is avoided; the first duty ratio and the first switching frequency determined based on the heating gear information control the power switch of the three-phase bridge arm to be switched on and off periodically, so that the state of the power switch is controlled directly according to the actual heating requirement to realize heating, errors caused by other intermediate calculation or processing processes are avoided, and the control precision of pulse heating of the power battery is improved.
