The method comprises the following steps: if the battery meets a self-heating condition, decoupling and controlling the heating current frequency of the battery and the power switching frequency of the motor controller, and enabling the first battery pack and the second battery pack to alternately charge and discharge so as to heat the battery. The power switch frequency of the motor controller is variable frequency, so that the heating noise frequency shows a random characteristic and the energy distribution is uniform, the sharpness and sound pressure level of the noise generated by the pulse current are within the acceptable range of a human body, and the high-frequency noise of battery heating is optimized; and subjective feelings of drivers and passengers inside and outside the vehicle in a battery self-heating process are improved. The heating current frequency and the power switch frequency are subjected to decoupling control, and the heating current frequency does not change along with the change of the switch frequency, so that the heating current frequency can adopt the optimal heating current frequency and does not deviate from the optimal heating current frequency due to the change of the switch frequency, and high-frequency noise can be optimized on the premise that the heating rate of the battery is not reduced.
