The invention discloses a pulse heating control method for a power battery of an electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: comparing target direct-axis current and quadrature-axis current with actual direct-axis current and quadrature-axis current to generate deviation direct-axis current and quadrature-axis current, and obtaining direct-axis voltage and quadrature-axis voltage through PI (Proportional Integral) control; a pulse width modulation signal is generated in a three-phase current odd number sampling period, power switches of three-phase bridge arms of a motor controller are controlled to be switched on and off to form target current, and a power battery discharges; and in a three-phase current even number sampling period, controlling the three-phase bridge arms of the motor controller to be all disconnected, and charging the power battery. And high-frequency pulse current is formed in the charging and discharging processes of the power battery to heat the power battery. According to the method, the target quadrature-axis current is equal to zero, and the output torque of the motor is equal to zero, so that unexpected movement of the whole vehicle in the pulse heating process of the power battery is avoided; the pulse current is adjusted by adjusting the direct-axis current, so that the pulse heating power of the power battery is adjusted.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车动力电池脉冲加热控制方法,先将目标直轴电流和交轴电流与实际直轴电流和交轴电流进行比较,生成偏差直轴电流和交轴电流,通过PI控制得到直轴电压和交轴电压。在三相电流奇数采样周期内生成脉冲宽度调制信号,控制电机控制器三相桥臂的功率开关通断形成目标电流,动力电池放电;在三相电流偶数采样周期内,控制电机控制器三相桥臂全部断开,动力电池充电。在动力电池充电和放电过程中形成高频脉冲电流,给动力电池加热。本发明使目标交轴电流等于零,电机输出扭矩等于零,从而避免在动力电池脉冲加热过程中,整车出现非预期的运动;通过调整直轴电流的方式调节脉冲电流大小,从而实现动力电池脉冲加热功率调节。
