According to the power battery heating system and the water temperature control method for power battery heating, a three-way proportional valve and a first three-way valve are used for introducing an engine waste heat recovery water path to heat a power battery, and the power battery is heated by adjusting the opening degree of a first outlet and the opening degree of a second outlet of the three-way proportional valve; the amount of engine cooling water entering the battery heat exchanger is adjusted by adjusting the amount of engine cooling water entering the battery heat exchanger, so that the expected inlet water temperature entering the battery heat exchanger is adjusted in real time, the heating inlet water temperature of the power battery is controlled to be the expected inlet water temperature, and the influence of heating of the power battery on the service life is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池加热系统及动力电池加热的水温控制方法,其利用三通比例阀和第一三通阀将发动机余热回收水路引入进行动力电池加热,通过调节三通比例阀的第一出口开度、第二出口开度,来调节进入电池换热器的发动机冷却水量,从而实现对进入电池换热器的期望进水温度的实时调整,进而将动力电池加热进水温度控制在期望的进水温度,避免动力电池加热对其寿命的影响。
