The invention discloses a high-reliability integrated underwater vehicle positioning buoy, and belongs to the technical field of underwater vehicle navigation tests. The high-reliability integrated underwater vehicle positioning buoy comprises a circuit board cabin body, a connecting section, a paying-off cabin body, a buoy cabin body, a buoy rear cover and a knob safety switch which are connected through threads. A trigger circuit board and a battery are mounted in the circuit board cabin body, and the battery is used for supplying power to the trigger circuit board; the trigger circuit board is used for controlling the working state of positioning buoys; a watertight plug and a pop-up power system are mounted in the connecting section; and an aramid rope is arranged in the paying-off cabin body. And the three positioning buoys are respectively arranged in three axial holes of a tail recovery cabin of the vehicle. The device is high in structural integration degree, can match the tail recovery cabin of a large-scale underwater vehicle to form an underwater vehicle recycling system, does not need to be ignited and popped out through an internal control system of the vehicle, and is high in universality and high in usability.

    本发明一种高可靠集成式水下航行器定位浮标,属于水下航行器航行试验技术领域;包括电路板舱体、连接段、放线舱体、浮标舱体、浮标后盖、旋钮安全开关,各部分之间通过螺纹连接;电路板舱体内安装有触发电路板和电池,电池用于给触发电路板供电;触发电路板用于控制定位浮标的工作状态;连接段内安装有水密插头、弹出动力系统;放线舱体内设置有纺纶绳。三个定位浮标分别安装于航行器的尾部回收舱体的三个轴向孔内。本发明结构集成化程度较高,可以配合较大尺度的水下航行器尾部回收舱体组成水下航行器回收系统,无需经过航行器内部控制系统点火弹出,通用性高,易用性强。
