The invention belongs to the technical field of dynamic positioning buoys, and particularly relates to a dynamic positioning buoy underwater wave energy traction body which comprises a frame structure, a steering module and a plurality of wing plate modules, the steering module is installed on the stern of the frame structure, and the wing plate modules are sequentially installed on the frame structure. The frame structure is connected with a water surface floating body of the dynamic positioning buoy through an umbilical cable, and each wing plate module comprises a wing plate fixing frame, a wing plate shaft connecting piece and two symmetrically-arranged wing plates. Through the arrangement structure of the multiple wing plate modules which are separately arranged and connected with the frame structure, the number of the wing plate modules can be flexibly adjusted according to needs, the corresponding wing plate modules can be directly and integrally disassembled and replaced with new wing plate modules, the steering modules connected with the frame structure can also be directly replaced, use and maintenance are convenient, and the cost is low. Wave energy can be fully and effectively utilized to provide sailing driving force for the traction body, and then the movement capacity and the position keeping capacity of the dynamic positioning buoy are improved.
