The invention discloses an underwater positioning subsurface buoy and an underwater positioning system, which are applied to the technical field of underwater positioning and are used for solving the problems of low precision and single function of the underwater positioning subsurface buoy in the prior art. Specifically, a first signal receiving module is used for receiving a first signal sent by a target and a calibration signal sent by a response release module and sending the first signal and the calibration signal to a positioning electronic cabin, and a second signal receiving module is used for receiving a second signal sent by a mother ship and sending the second signal to the positioning electronic cabin; the positioning electronic cabin is used for processing the first signal to obtain time delay data, processing the calibration signal to realize subsurface buoy position calibration, processing the second signal to obtain instruction data, and executing corresponding operation according to the instruction data; the floating ball module is used for providing buoyancy for the underwater positioning subsurface buoy and providing a closed space for the positioning electronic cabin; the response release module is used for receiving an instruction sent by the mother ship, releasing the load module and sending a calibration signal to the first signal receiving module. Therefore, the precision of the underwater positioning subsurface buoy is improved, and the functions are rich.

    本申请公开了一种水下定位潜标及水下定位系统,应用于水下定位技术领域,用以解决现有技术中水下定位潜标的精度较低、功能单一的问题。具体为:第一信号接收模块用于接收目标发送的第一信号和收应答释放模块发送的标校信号并发送至定位电子舱,第二信号接收模块用于接收母船发送的第二信号并发送至定位电子舱;定位电子舱用于处理第一信号得到时延数据,处理标校信号实现潜标位置标校,处理第二信号得到指令数据,并根据指令数据执行相应的操作;浮球模块用于为水下定位潜标提供浮力并为定位电子舱提供密闭空间;应答释放模块用于接收母船发送的指令并释放负载模块,发送标校信号至第一信号接收模块。这样,使水下定位潜标的精度提升、功能丰富。
