In the invention, the whole vehicle braking deceleration requirement of the 6 * 6 multi-axle commercial vehicle is determined according to the brake pedal stroke, the braking torque distribution is realized, the braking deceleration meets the requirement after a part of the system fails, and the double-MCU coordination redundancy control is realized, that is, the total braking torque is maintained when one power-assisted motor master cylinder assembly MSC or one controller MCU of the brake-by-wire system fails. And when the communication between the MCUs cannot be realized, the set total braking torque range is kept so that the requirements of the 6 * 6 multi-axle commercial vehicle on the full load of 11000kg, 8 braking calipers, double-power-assisted motor redundancy and 3 axle characteristics are met.
本发明公开了基于线控助力器的多轴商用车制动力控制方法与分配方法,包括以下步骤:S1、计算当前踏板力;S2、计算总制动力矩:S3、计算A、B、C三轴的目标制动力矩,并对制动力进行分配;S4、计算助力电机主缸总成MSC1、MSC2的目标输出压力。本发明中,根据制动踏板行程确定6×6多轴商用车整车制动减速度需求,实现制动力矩分配,实现部分系统失效后,制动减速度满足需求,并实现双MCU协调冗余控制,即线控制动系统一个助力电机主缸总成MSC或一个控制器MCU失效时,保持总制动力矩,控制器MCU间无法通信时,保持设定的总制动力矩范围,从而满足6×6多轴商用车满载11000kg、8制动卡钳、双助力电机冗余、3车轴特性的需求。
