The invention discloses a commercial vehicle brake system with a lifting axle. The system comprises an ECAS system, an EBS system, a whole vehicle CAN network, a front axle module, two front axle brake chambers of the front axle module, a first rear axle module, two first rear axle module brake chambers of the first rear axle module, a second rear axle module with a lifting axle and two lifting axle brake chambers of the second rear axle module, wherein the two lifting axle brake chambers are sequentially connected with the second rear axle module, a foot valve and a first air cylinder respectively, control valves are arranged between the two lifting axle brake chambers and the first air cylinder respectively, and the control valves are arranged in the second rear axle module or between the second rear axle module and the lifting axle brake chambers; the EBS system is connected with the front axle module, the first rear axle module and the second rear axle module through signal lines. According to the system, use efficiency of high-pressure air is improved, frequent inflation of an air compressor is reduced, energy loss of an engine is reduced, the time of a parking cavity of a brake air chamber in a high-pressure state for a long time during the lifting of the lifting bridge is shortened, and the service life of the brake air chamber is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种带有举升桥的商用车制动系统,包括ECAS系统、EBS系统、整车CAN网络、前桥模块及其两个前桥制动气室、第一后桥模块及其两个第一后桥模块制动气室、带举升桥的第二后桥模块及其两个举升桥制动气室,两个举升桥制动气室分别依次与第二后桥模块、脚阀以及第一储气筒连接,两个举升桥制动气室分别和第一储气筒之间设有控制阀,控制阀设置于第二后桥模块内部或者设置于第二后桥模块与举升桥制动气室之间;EBS系统通过信号线与前桥模块、第一后桥模块以及第二后桥模块连接。本发明提高了高压气的使用效率,降低了空压机频发打气,减少发动机的能量损耗,缩短了举升桥在举升中其制动气室驻车腔长期处于高压状态的时间,提高了制动气室的寿命。
