Disclosed is a lifting and braking control system for a lifting axle of an automobile. The lifting and braking control system comprises a lifting control air circuit and a braking control air circuit. When a lifting control valve is opened, an air bag is inflated through an auxiliary air cylinder, and when the lifting control valve is closed, air is released to the atmosphere from the air bag. The braking control air circuit comprises a travelling braking air chamber and a travelling braking control air circuit, wherein a travelling braking control valve is connected with the travelling braking air chamber, and a control opening of the travelling braking control valve is connected with the lifting control air circuit through a pipeline. When the air bag is inflated through the auxiliary air cylinder, the travelling braking control valve is closed, and when the air is released to the atmosphere from the air bag, the travelling braking control valve is opened. The invention further relates to the automobile. According to the technical scheme, when the lifting axle ascends, waste of compressed air is avoided, and the efficiency of a braking system is improved; when the lifting axle descends, the situation that the lifting axle can normally have a braking effect is guaranteed, and the safety performance of the automobile is improved.
