The tire tread rubber composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 20-50 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 50-70 parts of carbon black, 2-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of bonding resin, 4-8 parts of carbon-hydrogen reaction type resin, 1-3 parts of a p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a quinoline anti-aging agent, 2-4 parts of protective wax, 1.2-1.5 parts of sulfur, 0.2-0.6 part of a sulfenamide accelerant, 0.1-0.4 part of a thiazole accelerant and 0.2-0.6 part of a diphenylguanidine accelerant. The produced tire tread rubber composition is applied to meridian engineering tires with specifications of 24.00 R35 and 21.00 R35, the production efficiency and the physical performance of finished tires are improved, when the tire tread rubber composition is used on hard pavement mining dump trucks, the ground surfaces of tires are flat, obvious cutting and tearing phenomena are avoided, the problem of early thermal delamination is avoided under the conditions of high load and high speed, and the service life of the improved tire is prolonged by 10% or more.
本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种苛刻路面矿用自卸车胎面橡胶组合物。包含下述重量份的原料:乳聚丁苯胶50~80,溶聚丁苯胶20~50,炭黑50~70,氧化锌2‑5,硬脂酸1~3,粘合树脂1~3,炭氢反应型树脂4‑8,对苯二胺防老剂1~3,喹啉类防老剂0.5~1.5,防护蜡2~4,硫磺1.2~1.5,次磺酰胺类促进剂0.2~0.6,噻唑类促进剂0.1~0.4,二苯胍类促进剂0.2~0.6。生产的胎面胶橡胶组合物应用在子午工程轮胎24.00R35和21.00R35规格,提高生产效率和成品轮胎物理性能,在硬质路面矿用自卸车上使用时,轮胎磨面平整,无明显切割、撕裂现象,且在载荷高、速度快的条件下没有出现早期的热脱层问题,改进轮胎的使用寿命提高了10%以上。
