Based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber component, the rubber composition also comprises 30 to 60 parts of carbon black, 0.1 to 2 parts of a natural rubber modifier, 2 to 6 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5 to 2 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020, 0.5 to 2 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 0.1 to 0.4 part of pentachlorothiophenol, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a vulcanization accelerator and 2.0 to 4.0 parts of insoluble sulfur. The natural rubber modifier is adopted, on one hand, sulfur bonds are stabilized, reversion resistance is achieved, the strength modulus of the rubber material is improved, and on the other hand, carbon black can be dispersed, the Payne effect is reduced, and low heat generation is achieved; and under the effect of the modifier, the rubber material can keep excellent crack propagation resistance after long-time thermo-oxidative aging, so that the puncture resistance of the tire is improved, the problem of crown delamination is reduced, and the service life of the tire under harsh working conditions is prolonged.

    本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种非公路巨型矿用自卸车胎基橡胶组合物及其轮胎。以100重量份的橡胶组分为基准,还包含,炭黑30‑60份,天然橡胶改性剂0.1‑2,氧化锌2‑6份,防老剂4020 0.5‑2份,防老剂RD 0.5‑2份,五氯硫酚0.1‑0.4份,硫化促进剂0.5‑1.5份,不溶性硫磺2.0‑4.0份,使用前述橡胶组合物制成的轮胎。本发明采用天然橡胶改性剂,一方面稳定硫磺键,实现抗硫化返原,提高胶料的强度模量,另一方面能够帮助炭黑分散,降低Payne效应,实现低生热;在该改性剂作用下,胶料在长时间热氧老化后能够保持优异的抗裂纹扩展性能,提高了轮胎的耐刺扎性能,减少胎冠脱层问题,提高轮胎在苛刻工况下的使用寿命。
