The invention provides an anti-skid all-steel lorry tire tread rubber composition, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 70 parts of natural rubber, 5 to 15 parts of neodymium butadiene rubber, 15 to 35 parts of double glass transition temperature solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 45 to 60 parts of carbon black, 10 to 20 parts of white carbon black with high specific surface area, 1.2 to 2.5 parts of silane coupling agent and 8 to 10 parts of modified wet-skid-resistant resin, 2-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 1-3 parts of protective wax, 1-1.8 parts of sulfur and 1-1.5 parts of an accelerant NS. The prepared all-steel snow tread rubber has two glass transition temperatures, the first glass transition temperature is smaller than or equal to-60 DEG C, and the all-steel snow tread rubber can be used in severe cold areas; the wet skid resistance and the ice snow covered road gripping performance are excellent, meanwhile, heat generation is reduced, the wear resistance is improved by 30% or above compared with an existing all-steel snow tire product, and the use requirement of the tire in a severe cold region is met.

    本发明提供一种防滑全钢载重汽车轮胎胎面橡胶组合物,以重量份计由下述原材料组成:60‑70份天然橡胶,5‑15份钕系顺丁橡胶,15‑35份双重玻璃化转变温度溶聚丁苯橡胶,45‑60份炭黑,10‑20份高比表面积白炭黑,1.2‑2.5份硅烷偶联剂,8‑10份改性抗湿滑树脂,2‑5份氧化锌,1‑3份硬脂酸,1‑3份防老剂4020,1‑3份防老剂RD,1‑3份防护蜡,1‑1.8份硫磺,1‑1.5份促进剂NS。制备的全钢雪地胎面胶,具有两个玻璃化转变温度,第一个玻璃化转变温度≤‑60℃,满足严寒地区使用;‑40℃≤第二个玻璃化转变温度≤‑20℃,抗湿滑性能和冰雪路面抓地性能优越,同时生热降低、耐磨性能比现有全钢雪地轮胎产品提升30%以上,满足轮胎在严寒地域使用要求。
