The invention discloses an event detection method, device and system based on tunnel thunder view data fusion in the field of tunnel detection. The method comprises the steps of carrying out the classification and screening of radar data, and obtaining a radar data target detection point, performing target detection on the video data to obtain a video data detection target, based on a radar data detection target and a video data detection target, conducting decision-level fusion through a fusion algorithm of a detection frame cross ratio, and acquiring a target fusion result, wherein the target fusion result comprises the speed, the position information and the number of the targets and the distance between the targets; and the target comprises a vehicle target and a non-vehicle target, and according to the target fusion result, carrying out traffic event detection judgment to obtain a traffic event detection result. The fused traffic characteristic information is analyzed, whether a traffic event occurs is judged, the type of the traffic event is output for event early warning, and the detection precision of the traffic event is improved.

    本发明公开了隧道检测领域的一种基于隧道雷视数据融合的事件检测方法、装置及系统,对雷达数据进行分类筛选,得到雷达数据目标检测点;对视频数据进行目标检测,得到视频数据检测目标;基于雷达数据检测目标和视频数据检测目标,通过检测框交叉比的融合算法进行决策级融合,得到目标融合结果;所述目标融合结果包括目标的速度、位置信息、数量以及目标间的间距;所述目标包括车辆目标和非车辆目标;根据目标融合结果,进行交通事件检测判定,得到交通事件检测结果;本发明分析融合后交通特征信息,判断是否发生交通事件,并输出交通事件的类型进行事件预警,提高交通事件的检测精度。
