The road condition data is stored in the data storage module, the initial analysis module is used for carrying out data preprocessing on the road condition data, determining analysis time t according to a spectral analysis process of a time sequence signal to obtain discrete moments, and analyzing conversion among different types of data; the data compensation module carries out data compensation on the road condition data to obtain a complete to-be-analyzed data set, and the fusion analysis module and the decision analysis module carry out data analysis on the to-be-analyzed data close to the actual environment, so that the accuracy of the holographic sensing technology on road condition monitoring analysis is improved; and the combination of road condition analysis and an actual road condition environment is greatly improved.
