According to the invention, real-time monitoring and accurate positioning of surrounding obstacles are realized by utilizing information fusion of radar and infrared camera shooting. And through a rapid processing and optimization algorithm, the system generates accurate positioning in real time, and the risk of false report and missing report is reduced.
