The invention provides an anti-collision control method for a crane. The anti-collision control method comprises the following steps: establishing a three-dimensional coordinate system; detecting the position of the crane in real time to obtain the real-time coordinates of a permanent magnetic chuck of the crane in the three-dimensional coordinate system; detecting the position of a unit on the ground of a plant to obtain calibration coordinates of the unit in the three-dimensional coordinate system; comparing the real-time coordinates with the calibration coordinates to obtain a real-time distance between the permanent magnetic chuck and the unit; and when the real-time distance is smaller than or equal to the first set distance, controlling the crane to stop running. The position of the crane is detected in real time, the real-time coordinates of the permanent magnetic chuck of the crane in the three-dimensional coordinate system are obtained, then the real-time coordinates are compared with the calibration coordinates of the unit, and the real-time distance between the permanent magnetic chuck and the unit is obtained; and when the real-time distance is smaller than or equal to the first set distance, the crane is controlled to stop running, so that collision between the crane and the unit is effectively avoided, and the running safety of the crane is improved.

    本发明提供一种起重机防碰撞控制方法,包括如下步骤:建立三维坐标系;实时检测起重机的位置,得到起重机的永磁吸盘在三维坐标系中的实时坐标;检测位于厂房地面上的机组的位置,得到机组在三维坐标系中的标定坐标;将实时坐标与标定坐标进行对比,得到永磁吸盘与机组的实时距离;当实时距离小于或等于第一设定距离时,控制起重机停止运行。本发明通过实时检测起重机的位置,得到起重机的永磁吸盘在三维坐标系中的实时坐标,再将实时坐标与机组的标定坐标进行对比,得到永磁吸盘与机组的实时距离;当实时距离小于或等于第一设定距离时,控制起重机停止运行,从而有效避免起重机与机组发生碰撞,提高起重机运行时的安全性。
