The invention provides low-heat-generation functional resin which is characterized in that the structural general formula is shown in the specification, in the formula, R is disclosed in the invention, R1 is a saturated alkane chain, R2 is an unsaturated olefin chain, m is an integer of 1-10, and q is an integer of 1-10, and n is an integer of 0-3. According to the low-heat-generation functional resin provided by the invention, the filler can be more uniformly dispersed in a rubber matrix, and stress concentration points are reduced. Meanwhile, the phenolic hydroxyl group can reduce agglomeration of the white carbon black and improve dispersion of the white carbon black in a matrix, and the advantages are integrated, so that the effect of improving the application performance of the resin is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种低生热功能树脂,其特征在于,结构通式如下:其中,R表示R1为或饱和烷烃链,R2为或不饱和烯烃链,m为1‑10的整数,q为1‑10的整数;n为0‑3整数。本发明提供的低生热功能树脂可以使得填料在橡胶基体中分散更为均匀,减少应力集中点的出现。同时,酚羟基可以减少白炭黑的团聚,改善白炭黑在基体中的分散,综合以上优势,从而达到改善树脂应用性能的效果。
