The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chemical materials. 本发明公开了一种碳纤维增强热塑性树脂复合材料及其制备方法与应用,属于化学材料技术领域。该复合材料为由热塑性树脂基体与碳纤维依次交错层叠制成的多层结构,且该多层结构的顶层和底层均为热塑性树脂基体,具体制备工艺是将各层热塑性树脂基体与碳纤维层叠好后置于超声波焊接机的焊头与夹具之间,且各层的左右两端均施加一定拉力,控制好预载力、冲压力、冲压时间、焊接力及焊接时间,即完成某位置处焊接,水平移动各层材料,重复上述操作即制得复合材料。本发明设计的制备方法方便快速成型,制得的复合材料在不需要添加辅料基础上保留了碳纤维高抗拉强度,高屈服强度,高弹性模量的特点,且该复合材料在轻量化汽车覆盖件中具备较好应用。
