The invention relates to the field of port container automatic transportation, in particular to a container automatic guide vehicle and a usage method thereof.The container automatic guide vehicle comprises a guide vehicle body and a rail, the guide vehicle body is located on the upper portion of the rail, the guide vehicle body comprises a vehicle body and two sets of suspension mechanisms located at the bottom of the vehicle body, and each suspension mechanism comprises a thermal insulation box; the top of the thermal insulation box is fixedly connected with the bottom of the vehicle body in a sealed mode, multiple sets of cylindrical high-temperature superconductors are fixedly installed at the bottom of the thermal insulation box, the multiple sets of cylindrical high-temperature superconductors are arranged in a rectangular mode, and the cylindrical high-temperature superconductors fixedly penetrate through the bottom of the thermal insulation box. A vacuum environment is formed in the thermal insulation box. Meanwhile, the liquid nitrogen is utilized to enable the high-temperature superconductor to reach a superconducting state to be matched with the second permanent magnet, so that the problems of low transportation speed, low efficiency and easiness in overturning are solved.

    本发明涉及港口集装箱自动运输领域,具体涉及一种集装箱自动导引车及其使用方法,包括引导车与轨道,所述引导车位于轨道上部,所述引导车包括车体:还包括位于车体底部的悬浮机构,所述悬浮机构设有两组,所述悬浮机构包括隔温箱,所述隔温箱顶部与车体底部密封固定连接,所述隔温箱底部固定安装多组柱形高温超导体,多组所述柱形高温超导体呈矩形排列,所述柱形高温超导体固定贯穿隔温箱底部,通过在隔温箱内形成真空环境,同时利用液氮使高温超导体达到超导态与第二永磁体之间的配合,以解决运输速度慢、效率低且易出现倾覆现象的问题。
