When the patrol robot climbs, the lower mounting frame is fixed to the power transmission line pole, after the connecting rod is stretched, the upper mounting frame is fixed to the power transmission line pole, the patrol robot can climb along the power transmission line pole by loosening the lower mounting frame, shortening the connecting rod and repeatedly adjusting, and use is quite convenient.
