The invention belongs to the field of heat intensity tests of aircraft heat-proof materials, and particularly relates to a heat flow control test method. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a heat flow control simulation test system, and controlling a heater to apply a test heat flow load to a simulation piece through a controller; acquiring a control output value for performing heat flow control on the simulation part, and storing the control output value in a controller for a formal test as a standby command value for test control; constructing a heat flow control formal test system, controlling a heater to apply a test heat flow load to a test piece through a controller for a formal test, acquiring a feedback signal of a heat flow meter in real time by the controller, judging whether feedback of the heat flow meter is invalid or not, and if not, performing closed-loop control by the controller according to a received feedback value of the heat flow meter; and if yes, switching the controller to the standby command value for open-loop control. When the heat flow meter breaks down, the closed-loop feedback control mode is switched into the open-loop control mode, and risks caused by failure of the heat flow meter are avoided.
