The invention belongs to the field of heat intensity tests of aircraft heat-proof structures, and particularly relates to a control method of a heat intensity test system. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, obtaining a first heat flow curve of a heat intensity test, and determining a heat flow peak value of the first heat flow curve; step 2, determining a proportion feed-forward coefficient range according to a heat flow peak value of the first heat flow curve, and calculating a first feed-forward output value; step 3, determining a first control output value of the control system, wherein the first control output value is equal to the sum of the PID output value and the first feed-forward output value; step 4, performing a simulation thermal intensity test on a simulation piece according to the first control output value by the control system; step 5, acquiring a second heat flow curve of the simulated heat intensity test, and correcting the proportional feed-forward coefficient according to the second heat flow curve to obtain a corrected proportional feed-forward coefficient; and step 6, storing the corrected proportion feed-forward coefficient into a control system, and performing a formal heat intensity test on the test piece through the control system.
