The invention discloses a conical rotating test piece external heat flow simulation system suitable for a thermal vacuum test. The system comprises an external heat flow simulation infrared lamp arraystructure, a rotary table, a bottom platform car and a control system, wherein a conical rotating test piece is fixed to the working face of the rotary table, the rotary table is fixed to the bottomplatform car, the bottom platform car is arranged on a guide rail, and the rotary table control system sets the rotating speed to enable the test piece to rotate according to the set working condition; the external heat flow simulation infrared lamp array is a conical lamp array, is installed on the bottom platform car and surrounds the side face of the conical test piece; and the control system sets the radiation power of the lamp array and simulates solar radiation borne by the test piece on the rail. The system is suitable for the vacuum thermal test of the conical rotating test piece.

    本发明公开了一种适用于热真空试验的锥状旋转试件外热流模拟系统,包括:外热流模拟红外灯阵结构、转台、底部平台车、控制系统,其中,转台工作面上固定锥状旋转试件,转台固定在底部平台车上,底部平台车设置导轨上,转台控制系统设定转速使所述试件按设定工况旋转;外热流模拟红外灯阵为锥形灯阵,安装在底部平台车上并围绕在锥状试件的侧面,控制系统设定所述灯阵的辐射功率,模拟试件在轨时所受的太阳辐射。本发明可适用于锥形旋转试件的真空热试验。
