The invention discloses a high-enthalpy flow field radiation heat flow test system and method, when an aircraft flies at a high speed, due to the fact that the stagnation point temperature of the aircraft is extremely high due to strong pneumatic heating, and meanwhile radiation heating is very strong due to the high temperature of a shock wave layer, the radiation phenomenon intensifies surface heating; the cumulative effect caused by long-time radiation heating can challenge a heat protection system. According to the invention, a large-size free piston pulse wind tunnel is utilized, a high-enthalpy flow field radiation heat flow test system and method are established based on a high-spatial-resolution optical radiation and thermal radiation characteristic refined identification technology, and the radiation heat flow proportions of ultraviolet, visible light and infrared wave bands and spectrums with large radiation intensity in total radiation heat flow are obtained. Accurate verification data is provided for theoretical modeling and numerical simulation analysis research, and low-redundancy fine design of a novel aircraft is supported.

    本发明公开了一种高焓流场辐射热流试验系统和方法,飞行器高速飞行时,由于强烈的气动加热导致飞行器驻点温度极高,同时激波层高温导致辐射加热很强,辐射现象会加剧表面的受热,长时间的辐射加热带来的累积效应会对防热系统带来挑战。本发明利用大尺寸自由活塞脉冲风洞,基于高空间分辨率光辐射和热辐射特性精细化识别技术,建立一种高焓流场辐射热流试验系统和方法,获得辐射总热流中,及其紫外、可见光和红外各波段以及辐射强度较大光谱的辐射热流占比,为理论建模与数值仿真分析研究提供精确的验证数据,支撑新型飞行器的低冗余精细设计。
