The cooling liquid circularly flows in the strip-shaped cavity and the liquid storage cavity, heat in the shell is absorbed, and the situation that the charging efficiency of a vehicle is affected and the service life of the charging pile is shortened due to too-high temperature on the charging terminal is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用防过热型充电桩,包括壳体,所述壳体侧壁固定连接有充电端子,所述壳体内顶部开设有转动槽,所述转动槽内壁密封转动连接有圆柱,所述壳体内壁开设有储液腔,所述储液腔内设有冷却液,所述储液腔内底部通过出液管与转动槽内壁上方连接,所述储液腔内壁上方通过进液管与转动槽内壁下方连接,所述储液腔所述圆柱内壁对称开设有两个条形腔,两个所述条形腔内壁固定连接有连接管,所述连接管管口与出液管和进液管管口正对设置。本发明通过冷却液在条形腔和储液腔内循环流动,对壳体内的热量进行吸收,避免充电端子上温度过高影响车辆的充电效率和降低充电桩的使用寿命。
